Where are you located?

Our team is licensed throughout all of North and South Carolina, although we primarily focus on the South Charlotte area and surrounding suburbs, including the towns of Waxhaw, Weddington, Marvin and Fort Mill. We also specialize in Waxhaw’s desirable Millbridge neighborhood.

Here’s the thing about me: I’m a little (a lot) competitive. When I do something, I aim to do it at the highest level, so in my first year of real estate, I was nominee for 2021 Rookie of The Year for the entire Charlotte area MLS (over 14,000 agents), and one of the Top 25 agents in the highest performing Real Estate office in the Carolinas. In 2021, I closed over $20 million in volume, and have already ellipsed that record in the first two quarters of this year. We hustle for our clients and stop at nothing to ensure they reach their goals, because we refuse to settle for less.

Yes, I hold the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) designation, which is only granted based on my previous sales volume, and assures affluent buyers and sellers that real estate professionals have the knowledge, experience, and unique skills to meet their needs.

what is it like living in charlotte?

I relocated here as well, so if you’ve got questions, I’ve got answers! The Charlotte area is beautiful, with long summer and mild winters. Mountains and beaches are both a couple of hours by car, and offer majestic landscapes to get away to. With a vibrant food and entertainment scene, Charlotte offers a multitude of entertainment options, while also being close to a number of suburban neighborhoods.
